What’s the difference between a remanufactured computer and a refurbished computer?

A remanufactured computer undergoes a 16-step remanufacturing process (which has been audited and recognised by MITI) as opposed to a refurbished computer’s 9-step process. This yields a high quality computer that looks and performs like new. While a refurbished computer is functional, it may exhibit some physical imperfections with reduced performance.

What’s the IT rental duration offered?

We offer both short-term rental (anywhere between 3 months to a year) and long-term rental (3 years or more subject to renewal).

Do I need to be credit worthy to qualify for your IT rental service?

Yes, all our customers will be subject to credit approval before they qualify for our IT rental service.

My company is located in East Malaysia. Do you service that location?

We offer nationwide coverage for both East and West Malaysia and also service our customers in Singapore.
