No exchange is acceptable but refunds have to be honored under certain circumstances. Rentwise Sdn Bhd has to honor refunds to customers should there be any technical glitches/errors that occur during an online sales transaction.

Estimated shipping and delivery times commence upon order confirmation. Your order will be confirmed once payment has been received by Rentwise Sdn Bhd.
Upon full payment receipt, order(s) will be received within seven (7) working days, subject to stock(s) availability.
Free delivery is applicable within Klang Valley only.
To ensure your delivery has been made, a receiving signature is required. If you are not available at the time of the attempted delivery, we will reschedule the delivery.
